Position Overview

            Job Description & Requirements  Programme education and awareness  Handle enquiries on EWTP programme including manning the public enquiry channels 
 Educate and build awareness of EWTP programme amongst companies during events and seminars 
 Business Diagnostics & solutioning  Engage companies one-on-one on enterprise and workforce issues 
 Provide business diagnostics to enterprises using in-house methodology. 
 Conduct diagnosis of human capital issues through the Human Capital Diagnostics Tool (HCDT) 
 Provide enterprise and workforce advisory on government programmes, grants and funded training based on diagnosed issues and needs. 
 Refer companies to panel consultants for workforce transformation projects 
 Project tracking  Monitor WDG-JR applications, acceptance of LOO and commencement of projects.
