Role Overview
The Service Design Consultant supports day-to-day operations by handling product-related issues, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring stable product performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support / service design for digital products and platformsAnalyze and triage product issues, defects, and enhancement requestsCoordinate with Engineering, QA, and IT teams for issue resolutionSupport release activities, UAT, and post-release monitoringMaintain product documentation, FAQs, and support knowledge baseTrack incidents, defects, and service requests through ticketing toolsPrepare product performance and issue reports for stakeholders Qualifications & Skills
