We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional to serve as the Business Continuity Manager (SOC Operations Manager) to be embedded within the Security Operations Center (SOC) of a private international institution in Mandaluyong. 

The SOC Operations Manager provides direct leadership to SOC personnel, leading a team of research analysts, incident coordinators, and CCTV operators for risk management and crisis response. You will coordinate real-time response actions, allocate resources, and ensure consistent protocol adherence during routine and crisis operations. You will be reporting to the SOC Security Risk Manager.
