A TEKsystems client is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to support their Learning & Development (L&D) Measurement & Analytics team. This role focuses on data reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process ownership in a high-visibility, compliance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate business needs into data/reporting solutions
Deliver insights using Power BI dashboards and reports
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and quality
Own and improve reporting workflows, processes, and controls
Present complex data in a clear, business-friendly way
Manage multiple priorities and support business-critical reporting
