Position Overview

Responsibilities

:
  • Translate GM priorities into clear plans, timelines, and accountabilities, and drive them through to completion
  • Act as first-pass triage for incoming correspondence and requests, identifying what requires GM decision versus delegation
  • Lead GM-sponsored projects end to end, including scoping, coordination across functions and regions, and delivery
  • Identify operational issues impacting cost, productivity, or service and intervene directly to resolve them
  • Produce high-quality executive outputs including board papers, briefing documents, and ELT slide decks
  • Coordinate data and information requests across the business for industry forums, annual assessments, and board reporting
  • Support the design and structure of divisional leadership forums, including agendas, pre-reads, and action follow-up
