Our client in the training industry is seeking a Business Developer with a proven sales track record to join their team in Cape Town, Century City.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on HR related services.
3. Proven track record of consistently generating at least 5 million Rand in annual sales within your established pipeline.
4. Extensive network of relationships within HR Manager and Director functions across all industries.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
