Even though we're still growing and now have nearly 170 team members, we thrive without traditional managers and manage to maintain a friendly, family-like atmosphere. All our projects aim to make people's lives easier and must pass an internal ethics check. For example, we developed a system for faster international organ exchange for transplants, as well as security for a banking app used by millions of users across Europe.

In Applifting, we have a team of 6  Business developers in the so-called CAT (Client Acquisition Team). In comparison to other companies, we are doing many things differently because we believe that teamwork and a systematic approach pay off:
