We're looking for a unique profile to join our team in Barcelona : a Business Developer who can do it all.

You’ll own both sides of our growth engine; expanding our hotel portfolio through contracting, and monetizing that portfolio through advertising sales to tourism offices, destinations, and brand partners. Two worlds, one role, endless opportunities.

This is a dual‑function role. You’ll split your time between two complementary missions:

CONTRACTING — Build the Portfolio

• Qualify and build a database of new hotel and activity partners aligned with our specifications and procurement plan.
• Recruit new hotel partners and activity centres to expand our offer on the website.
• Identify the best destinations and focus on the business plan priorities.
• Cold‑call hotels to present Weekendesk and create new business partnerships.
