Position Overview

            JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY Identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships. Understand client very well. 
To be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge all the time so as to be able to upsell/extend customer's businesses 
Plan and tract & document key action points for each client and report to management 
Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered 
Follow and drive forecasted sales targets 
Aid is service operation 
Any other duties as and when assigned
