**Description**

Tyto Athene is seeking a **Business Development Analyst** to support enterprise growth strategy, market intelligence, and capture execution across the Federal marketplace.

This role sits within the Growth organization and plays a critical part in identifying qualified opportunities, maintaining pipeline integrity, and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership. The analyst will leverage federal procurement data systems, CRM tools, and AI-enabled BD platforms (e.g., GovDash) to enhance opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and reporting rigor.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and fluent in the federal procurement lifecycle.

**Market Research & Competitive Intelligence**

+ Conduct structured research using SAM.gov, USAspending, FPDS, GovWin, agency forecasts, and other federal BD tools.
