The Role

We're looking for a Business Development professional from the engineering and construction world who has lived inside the tendering process. Someone who has read, interpreted, and responded to RFPs, BOQs, and NITs and understands their real-world nuances.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of domain expertise and AI. Your core work will be reading and annotating a large volume of tender documents so we can train our models to understand them the way an experienced BD professional does. You're effectively teaching our AI what you already know.
