JD:
Collect customer, retailer, and competitor insights;
analyse trends and submit reports for product development.
Execute secondary sales ( FIELD SALES) by order taking, entry, fulfilment tracking, and stock monitoring at retailers. Manage dealers/distributors through regular visits, SAP order entry, inventory control, receivables, and relationship building. Coordinate and execute BTL and promotional activities to improve brand visibility and market penetration. Track dealer performance, inventory movement, and sales reports to support planning and territory targets.
Position & Grade : Management Trainee. Upon confirmation Grade will be Executive.

Qualification : MBA ( 2025,2026 passed out )
