Business Development Associate

Our client is seeking a Business Development Associate to support growth within the Multifamily Construction & Commercial segment. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing proposals and follow-ups, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support business development and sales initiatives.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales materials for clients and business development activities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and market research

Prepare proposals, manage pricing requests, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients
