Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Upwork and LinkedIn
• Bid on Upwork projects and manage proposals effectively
• Handle LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Communicate with international clients professionally
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year experience in a software house
• Skilled in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation
• Excellent communication and client management
