Position Overview
Business Development Associate is responsible for driving overall sales target achievement by generating incremental volume through both sell‑in and sell‑out initiatives. This is done by executing effective sales programs and growth strategies while ensuring adherence to the approved Trade Marketing budget.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the development of programs assigned by the ASM
- Ensure proper execution of programs.
- Ensure volume target achievement of programs.
- Coordinate with DS and ASM the results / challenges of the programs and recommend plan of action.
- Trade Execution
- Responsible for 100% Trade Execution for GT accounts (selected accounts).
- Ensure perfect in‑outlet execution, availability of Focus SKUs, Share of Shelves, Product Positioning, Pricing, New Product Launch and Merch Materials placement & National and Local Promotions for AVIS improvements.
