KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development & Sales (75%)

• Execute multi-channel business development campaigns via LinkedIn, email, phone and networking.

• Identify, approach and qualify new prospects across LATAM.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.

• Prepare client presentations, proposals and commercial documents.

• Schedule and participate in qualification meetings with prospects and clients.

• Strengthen SPERTON LATAM's visibility on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
