Job Responsibilities

• To provide engineering / technical support for dealers worldwide.
• To assist in preparing design drawing including Autocad 2D or 3D by using Revit, including Bill of Materials and Maintenance related documents, namely Trouble shooting guide, Maintenance Guide / Maintenance manual for components.
• To liaise with all inter- related departments to resolve technical (operational & component) issues and ensure consistency & accuracy of design and respond in order to ensure minimum error in material fabrication & site installation.
• To brainstorm, discuss and draft new proposal or suggestion for company products & system improvement with full range of calculations & dimensions, in solving & technical problems...
