Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage bid and proposal preparation, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions
  • Review contract documents using the standard contract review checklist to flag key clauses, risks, and commercial terms for management review
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including RFP responses and pricing input
  • Support pipeline and CRM tracking, flagging opportunities and stalled bids
  • Draft tender queries and clarifications responses during submission stage
  • Prepare presentation and submission materials for internal and client use
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, Business or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in bid / proposal preparation or business development (MEP preferred)
  • Working knowledge of contract terms and ability to apply a contract review checklist to flag risks
