Business Development Executive – Recruitment

Location: Onsite, Garden Town, LHR.

Timings: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM BST.

Job Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
