Job Purpose The Business Development Executive supports the growth and sustainability of the PGFC by maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, supporting tender and proposal submissions, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities (Core) - Serve as a liaison point between the company and existing clients (e.g., Town Councils, agencies, developers).
- Attend meetings with clients to understand operational issues, feedback, and service gaps.
- Follow up on client feedback and coordinate internally to support service improvements.
- Identify and track potential new business opportunities, contracts, or renewal prospects.
