Position Overview

            JD  Support day-to-day business development activities specifically tailored to cleaning/conservancy/facilities management services. 
Assist in the comprehensive preparation of competitive proposals, formal tenders, and pitch presentations for prospective clients. 
Conduct thorough market research to identify, analyze, and tap into potential new business opportunities. 
Actively maintain strong client relationships and track the sales pipeline to ensure consistency. 
Coordinate closely with internal teams to develop competitive pricing structures and compelling service offerings. 
Assist with contract negotiations and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and business development ecosystem. 
 JR  Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management, or an equivalent professional qualification.
