Job Description
We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Rep (HVAC Services) to grow our commercial HVAC service business through new client acquisition and long-term relationship development. This is a true hunter role focused on selling preventative maintenance agreements, service solutions, and recurring revenue programs.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial markets
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through contract execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Develop opportunities across industries including commercial real estate, manufacturing, education, municipal, and public sector organizations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
