We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Team Lead to spearhead the expansion of our garage and service network across the UAE. As a key member of our fast‑growing Insurtech platform, which is transforming motor insurance and claims automation through technology, you will lead a team focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing vehicle repair partners. You will work closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of garages into our ecosystem, while ensuring high service quality, SLA compliance, and strong partner relationships.
