Your position

In this role, you will lead the strategic growth and development of our Machinery & Automation business across Europe, expanding the value of our refractory offering through an even stronger focus on customer needs, business development, and project execution. You will drive business development, deepen customer engagement, and enhance project execution capabilities from early discussions through contract finalization, commissioning, and after-sales service.

Guiding a technology-driven team, you will identify market opportunities, set clear priorities, and foster close collaboration between Sales, Technical Marketing, Engineering, and external partners.
