Labourpower is seeking an experienced and motivated BDM Manager in Victoria to drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships across the state.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies that support the continued growth and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Victoria, including leveraging your own professional network where relevant
• Drive full 360° sales activity including sales pipeline creation, prospecting, RFP/tender processes, negotiation, and ongoing account servicing
