Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Manage and strengthen relationship with bank partners and key stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize business potential
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to improve productivity
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and partners engagement activities
• Provide training, coaching and support bank partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance or financial services
• Proven track record in sales, business development or account management
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel and work with Business Partners
