β’ Independently manage key influencer accounts (Assigned Architect, Govt and consultants)
β’ Identify the key people within accounts who influence glass specification/purchase and build strong relationships with them
β’ Identify the key external stakeholders which are associated with the project and help sales team in better conversion
β’ Identify the key people within key external influencer accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them
β’ Implement key account management process with the targeted key influencer account
Revenue
β’ Understand the project decision making and ensure that all support is provided to sales team for the order closure
β’ Support sales team in the closure of the project by supporting from key influencer side
β’ Ensure unique specification to create the differentiation to get better price realization.
