Position Overview
I am looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to find new clients for Recruitment Services.
This is a pure business development role. You will not be involved in recruiting or placing candidates β our internal team handles all delivery. Your sole focus is winning new client contracts for the agency.
This is a results-based opportunity. Your earnings reflect the value you bring to the business β the more contracts you secure, the more you earn. There is no cap.
Commission: Uncapped, paid on every new contract signed β recurring on volume placed
Realistic OTE: Β£35,000 β Β£50,000+ depending on activity and pipeline conversion
Performance reviews: Base salary increases tied to consistent delivery
