Position Overview

Tasks

Opening up new European markets Germany, France, Italy)

Finding, acquiring and contracting National Distributor (ND) partners

Conducting C-level (CEO, owner) negotiations

Building and long-term management of strategic partnerships

Managing hybrid sales processes (hardware + SaaS, recurring revenue model)

Identifying market opportunities and developing a business development strategy

Active participation in international exhibitions and business events

Close cooperation with internal teams (product, marketing, management)
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of hunting sales experience, of which 5+ years in the Gate Automation, Perimeter Security or Access Control sector

Live network with European National Distributor decision-makers (owners, CEOs)

Confident Acting in C-Level Negotiation Situations
