Job Description

We’re looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to grow and retain our tyre collection and recovery services across the South Island.

Based in Christchurch, this role involves regular travel across the South Island (typically 1–2 weeks per month) to both win new customers and build durable, long‑term relationships with existing tyre customers.

This is a hunter‑led role with a strong retention focus. You’ll own your customer base end‑to‑end — building a target list, creating demand, closing new agreements, and ensuring customers continue to see value in partnering with WM over the long term.
