Position Overview

Job Role: Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound / Appointment Setter)



Part Time | 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Dubai Time



Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Outbound Prospecting

• Lead Research & List Building

• Multi-Channel Outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling)

• CRM & Outreach Operations



Tools:

• Cold Email Sequencing: Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar platforms

• Contact Databases: Apollo (preferred), ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, or similar

• LinkedIn Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Enrichment & Personalization: Clay, Persana, Ocean.io, or similar

• Data Management: Google Sheets, Excel, CSV handling



Requirements:

• Experience in B2B services

• Understanding of outbound lead generation practices

• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting

• Strong communication skills
