Our client in Maputo is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team within the FMCG Sector.
Responsibilities
Build comprehensive, fact-based market intelligence on the confectionery category in Mozambique. This includes defining the national customer universe, total market size, sales per customer group and province, and distribution by channel FMCG.Identify gaps in the current route-to-market strategy and propose and implement measures to address them.Construct and implement a detailed, bottom-up sales plan organized by customer, customer group, and province.Build strong relationships with key commercial staff at the local distributor.
