JOB PURPOSE: The Business Development Manager – Construction is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new construction projects across the UAE. The role focuses on client acquisition, tendering, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships while coordinating with estimation, technical, and project teams to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
