Position Overview

About the Role: The Head – Sales (Hybrid / Solar) will be responsible for driving sales and order inflow for Solar and Hybrid renewable energy projects, with primary focus on utility‑scale and large C&I solar projects and solar‑led hybrid solutions. The role is execution‑oriented and customer‑facing, responsible for managing end‑to‑end sales cycles, customer relationships and deal closures and will work closely with internal engineering, projects, finance, and legal teams to deliver commercially viable and technically bankable Solar and Hybrid solutions. Candidates with a strong solar background, particularly in solar modules, EPC sales, and project‑based contracting. Key Responsibilities 1. Solar & Hybrid Sales Execution Drive order inflow for Solar and Solar‑led Hybrid (Solar‑Wind / Solar‑Storage) projects. Manage sales opportunities across utility‑scale, IPP and large C&I customers.
