WHAT YOU WILL DO
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the company’s product portfolio maintain a competitive position in trade.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives, short and long term. Identify new market opportunities – channels and categories and trends in the FMCG sector to maximize sales growth.
- Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the company's overall growth objectives. Monitor and analyse sales performance and profitability, ensuring corrective actions when necessary.
- Distributor & Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and retailers ( Key Accounts ).
