We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has experience in the Forex/CFD industry and is capable of bringing in new clients, IBs, and business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities - Develop new retail and institutional business.
- Acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent client service.
- Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
