About the Role

RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This role will focus on lead generation and heavy outbound prospecting to offer tailored solutions that best meet customer needs. An ideal candidate will be self‑motivated with a personable, ambitious and adaptable personality.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutions
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities with other RTS and Shamrock divisions to maximize account value
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Assist with high‑severity requests or issue escalations as needed
