About the Role

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in bridging Marketing and Sales functions by identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive customer outreach. This position focuses on lead generation, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and delivering excellent after-sales service to ensure sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and fixed revenue per lead targets.



Present the company’s services effectively to leads generated by Marketing and Inside Sales teams.



Nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers through strategic relationship building.



Generate new business leads via cold outreach and leverage existing networks for introductions and referrals.
