Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager (Indonesia) is a commercially focused relationship builder responsible for growing UPGroup Asia's venue partnership network across the Indonesian market. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality relationships, commercial negotiation, and event production, requiring someone who understands both the MICE commercial landscape and the operational realities of hotel partners.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Strategic Partnerships & Growth (APAC) and working alongside the existing Indonesia GM, the BD Manager will focus specifically on new venue acquisition, existing partnership activation, and commercial pipeline development across all key Indonesian markets.

Key Responsibilities:
