Business Development Manager – Integrated Audio Systems

ASBIS is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, portfolio development, and channel expansion for the Integrated Audio Systems portfolio across the EMEA region. The role will focus on developing and expanding the integrated AV portfolio across 30 countries in the EMEA region, working with premium brands within the Custom Installation (CI) and Smart Home solutions space.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the commercial performance of the integrated AV products portfolio across 30 EMEA countries
• Develop and implement regional business development and go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and portfolio gaps to optimize product positioning and sales performance
• Work closely with regional sales teams, distributors, and country managers to accelerate revenue growth and pipeline generation
