The QTI Group is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to execute new business initiatives and client relationship management/development for QTI’s Executive, Professional and Administrative Search team. The Business Development Manager will strive to meet and exceed business development objectives by working closely with existing and potential clients and taking a strategic approach to grow client relationships by uncovering recruiting needs and developing strategic partnerships.
