We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who will manage our BDM/marketing team, handle school clients, build strong relationships with school management, and ensure proper use of CRM and WhatsApp campaigns. The candidate should be able to plan sales activities, monitor team performance, generate leads, follow up with schools, and help grow company sales.

- Manage and supervise the BDM and marketing team.
