About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Business Development (SaaS – Property Developers) to own and accelerate revenue growth across Banten, West Java, Central Java, or East Java. This role is designed for a proven B2B sales hunter and market builder who brings an existing network, active pipeline, and the ability to close complex deals with property developers.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end SaaS sales, from leveraging your existing database and relationships into immediate opportunities, to closing high-value developer accounts and expanding them across multiple projects. Success in this role requires strong expertise in value-based selling, ROI-driven pitching, and multi-stakeholder deal management, particularly at the GM, Director, and Owner level.
