• Build a team of financial advisers
• Supervise financial advisers
• Weekly one-on-one meetings with your financial advisers
• Provide financial advice to your own clients
• Monitor performance of advisers against set targets, whilst working towards your own set targets

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Currently in Financial Services and was FA / Manager
