Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and recruitment services 
Acquire and maintain corporate clients across various industries 
Promote staffing solutions including contract staffing permanent hiring and bulk recruitment 
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships 
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure 
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to full fill client requirements effectively 
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives 
Minimum 510 years of experience in manpower outsourcing and recruitment sales required
