Overview
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be ultimately responsible for implementing and seeing through sales strategies ensuring the negotiated segments meet their financial goals.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrates robust negotiation skills in working out contractual agreements with potential clients; quote and negotiate prices within established parameters
- Takes a proactive approach to business development through account management, lost business accounts, prospecting within target market segments and referrals
- Displays effective time management skills by promptly replying to incoming inquiries, sending proposals, contracts and other sales correspondence as needed by clients
- Research markets in order to identify potential opportunities of business and increase market share
- Analyzes available reports, trends, competitive knowledge to develop tactics to maximize occupancy
