Salary range: $80K/yr - $90K/yr + commissions

MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Business Development Manager’s task would be to identify and develop strategic business relationships within the spa and retail industry. This position collaborates closely with the Sales Director, Marketing and Education team, to implement business development initiatives aimed at maximizing and expanding the Valmont footprint. Additionally, the Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing long‑term relationships within assigned accounts and territory.
