Business Development Manager – Bearings, Power Transmission, Lubrication

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Category team, responsible for the Southern Half of the Country.

This is a varied and rewarding role, working with the extensive RUBIX sales network to drive growth & focus on the Bearings, Power Transmission & Lubrication product category, delivering both product and application knowledge to add value and maximise sales in RUBIX customers.

The successful candidate will develop and own your sales & project pipeline, working closely with Core Assortment suppliers and internal product specialists to help customers reduce costs, improve efficiency, and keep their operations running smoothly.
