Role Overview
We are seeking a target-oriented Business Development Officer to grow B2B sales for industrial process control instruments, calibration, testing, and commissioning services. The role involves lead generation, technical-commercial proposal preparation, tender handling, client relationship management, and field coordination with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads; convert prospects into customers.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, RFQs, and BOQs.
Manage tendering processes and client inquiries professionally.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and plant managers.
Visit industrial sites for meetings, surveys, and coordination.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for installation and commissioning support.
