Sales & Account Management
β Oversees and manages lead generation as well as nurturing of all current
accounts.
β Identifies and qualifies account opportunities. Converts lead to sales.
β Monitors and manages account segmentation, industry identification and client
communication.
β If needed, conduct client presentations.
β Collaborates with immediate heads in the development of new businesses.
Client Consultation
β Conducts client problem/ needs analysis
β Creates appropriate proposals based on the requirements of the client.
Client Information and Awareness
β Maintains and updates client records and updates, news and changes.
β Communicates, monitors and ensures proper billing and accreditation procedures.
